well it's been a while so I figured that I would take sometime and explain why , currently I've been busy with world of warcraft and work but so sleepy these days that my body doesn't scream for photoshop that easily but ;p doesn't mean that I can't Obey so let me present to you the way legendary pokemon should look like !
